I’ve heard people complain about the fact that there are specific days allocated for certain events in the year. Complaints like ‘why is there an independence day’ or the popular ‘valentine’s day’. As much as some people remember to appreciate what these days stand for on a regular basis, there are still some who forget. Sometimes their lives get so clogged up with work or their day to day activities. These days help people remember to appreciate what or who they have.
